Providence Park tickets will double as TriMet fare for matchdays and concerts in 2025 and 2026, as reported by Portland Timbers on their official website.
The Portland Timbers announced this expanded partnership, enabling fans to travel seamlessly using TriMet’s buses and MAX trains.
Starting three hours before events and lasting three hours afterward, matchday and concert tickets will be proof of fare. This initiative covers all Timbers and Thorns FC games and concerts at the stadium.
Timbers CEO Heather Davis highlighted the benefits: “This partnership enhances fan experience while supporting sustainability. Providence Park’s location and TriMet’s accessibility make attending events easier.”
TriMet’s MAX Blue and Red lines and five bus routes connect directly to the stadium. Additional transit options, including nearby stops and park-and-ride facilities, ensure convenience for attendees.
“TriMet eliminates the stress of driving and parking,” said TriMet Public Affairs Executive Director JC Vannatta. “It’s the simplest way to reach Providence Park for games or concerts.”
Fans can plan trips effortlessly using TriMet’s Trip Planner and interactive maps at trimet.org. This partnership emphasizes eco-friendly transportation and provides hassle-free access to Portland’s iconic stadium.
